Netscape 4
1. Select the Preferences option from your Edit Menu, which can be found in the top left corner of your screen
2. In the Category menu (in the left of portion of the box you just opened) click on the Advanced options
3. To the right of the category menu is the Cookies menu, turn on the Accept All Cookies option
4. Shut down your browser and reopen it - return to Barewalls and place your order!
Internet Explorer versions 2 through 4
1. Click on Internet Options in your View Menu, which can be found in the top left corner of your screen
2. Select the Advanced tab from your options along the top of the new box you just opened
3. Scroll though the advanced options to the Cookies menu, which is marked with a yellow yield sign and an exclamation mark
4. Select the Always Accept Cookies option
5. Shut down your browser and reopen it - return to Barewalls and place your order!
Internet Explorer version 5 and 6
1. Click on Internet Options in your Tools Menu, which can be found in the top left corner of your screen
2. Select the Security tab from your options along the top of the new box you just opened, then click on Custom Level
3. Scroll though the advanced options, and select Enabled for both Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
4. Shut down your browser and reopen it - return to Barewalls and place your order!

The following instructions outline how to delete your web browser's cookies. This is recommended for intermediate to advanced users only. Instructions below apply to all Windows based (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000) operating systems. Barewalls assumes no liability for changes made to your computer. If you encounter any problems, please click here for additional assistance.
(note: the most common events which will corrupt a browser's cookie settings include changing the computer's clock time and when web browser or system crashes while using the internet)
Netscape 4
1. Close all Netscape windows
2. Use Find (F3 or start/find/files or folders) to locate the file named cookies.txt. If you have your Netscape set up to use multiple accounts, you will have a cookies.txt file in a different folder named for each account - the normal file path is c:/program files/netscape/users/default.)
3. Double-click the file cookies.txt, it should open using Notepad. Use search/find to locate the text entry with the word BAREWALLS, and delete that entire line and only that line.
4. Restart your browser, return to Barewalls and place your order!
Internet Explorer versions 2 through 6
1. Close all Internet Explorer windows
2. Use Find (F3 or start/find/files or folders) to locate all files named *www.barewalls* (you must search on that exact string, including the asterisks.)
3. Select all of the files found which are located in the directory c:/windows/cookies, and delete them.
4. Select the Always Accept Cookies option
5. Restart your browser, return to Barewalls and place your order!
